Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, missing, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:

An unboxing video may be required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Once the issue is verified by our team, a replacement will be processed promptly.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Non-Eligible Returns

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
