At Ibey Bathroom Essentials, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, missing, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • An unboxing video may be required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • Once the issue is verified by our team, a replacement will be processed promptly.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after installation.

  • Products showing signs of use, misuse, alteration, or modification.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products.

  • Requests submitted after the applicable return period.

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling.

Refund Policy

If a return is approved and a replacement is unavailable:

  • The returned product will undergo inspection by our team.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Shipped orders will be governed by the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy outlined above.
