Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our products including Hand Shower, Shower Head, Bidet Sprayer, Health Faucet, and other bathroom accessories.

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are:

• Damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts or accessories

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacements

In case of damaged or wrong products, replacement will be provided instead of refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products
• Products damaged due to improper use or installation
• Items returned without original packaging
